Before you make contact with the team, please have available the model and serial number of your machine. This information is described on a card attached to the chassis of your machine.

Our Technical Assistance Coordinator will schedule a date that meets your needs.
We will inform you the name of the technician that will do the visit and their document number so that you can arrange the purchase of their air tickets and reserve theiraccommodation.
Visit for Technical Assistance for machines without warranty:
Our Technical Assistance Coordinator will send you a quotation regarding the services and we will wait for the confirmation of the service hiring. After you approve the quotation, the best date for the visit will be scheduled according to your need.
